Refund Policy

At FEW, LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality services. Due to the nature of our work, we maintain a strict no-refund policy once services have been initiated.

1. Refund Eligibility

✔ Service Non-Delivery: If we are unable to provide the agreed-upon services due to reasons on our end, a full refund will be issued.


✔ Cancellation by FEW: If we decide to terminate a service before completion, a pro-rated refund may be issued based on the work completed.

2. No Refunds for Client-Initiated Cancellations

🚫 Client-Initiated Cancellations: If the Client decides to stop using our services for any reason, no refund will be issued.


🚫 Partially Used Services: If a service has been initiated, partially completed, or utilized in any capacity, the Client is responsible for full payment of the service.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Consultations, Strategy Calls, and Custom Work are non-refundable.

  • Deposits or Retainers: Any upfront deposits made to secure services are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

  • Marketing Campaigns & Brand Activations: Fees related to live or planned marketing activations are non-refundable once scheduled.

 

4. Dispute Resolution

If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to a failure on our part, please contact contact@few-understand.com within 7 days of the issue occurring. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, but issuing a refund remains at our sole discretion.
